decent day
today was my day off. had an ok day. i slept in. vlogged ( http://www.youtube.com/lissavlog ). went to get groceries & my mail. finished & mailed in my tax questionnaire that my accountant sent me. ate good. did not drink much water today. walked about 3 miles tonight. got w/ my mom and worked on vegas plans.
yup…60 days till vegas. we get in sunday 3/18 @ 10:30am. hope to be to the hotel (planet hollywood) by noon. going next door to paris hotel to eat @ sugar factory american brasserie. eiffel tower @ paris hotel. brief sight-seeing on the strip. miracle mile shops at our hotel. dinner somewhere. crash early b/c travel and time difference will have us worn out. monday 3/19 we will probably do a little sight-seeing. go to ‘welcome to vegas’ sign, hit up mandalay bay area, mgm grand. chill. jabbawockeez in the evening. tuesday we will rent a car for the day and go to red rock canyon and hit some trails for some hiking and photo ops. wednesday will be a full day of shopping & checking out hotels, going down the strip…city center, bellagio, caesar’s, mirage and end at fashion show mall - we will walk the whole way but get food to go @ the mall and take a taxi back to our hotel. thursday we will do whatever we didn’t do yet (mom wants to go to venetian & shop & go on gondola and i want to go to madame toussauds wax museum) & see terry fator in the evening. friday we fly home. it’s nice to have some plans laid out. just waiting for both my mom & i to get some money together & get the hotel booked & purchase show tickets. soon my OCD will kick in & i’ll make a packing list. i can’t pack without one!! i probably could - last time i flew out 7 hours after booking a flight…but not having a list drove me crazy, and i forgot hairspray. if i had a list, that wouldn’t have happened :)
back to work tomorrow. i was feeling shitty last night like i might have caught my co-workers illness, but i’m feeling fine today. i kind of hope i get sick so i can leave early on friday. but i’m just happy i wasn’t sick on my day off!
